Tasks

-Carry out JSHAs etc. prior to commencing any new works to identify hazards and implement the necessary controls. -Commissioning and testing HV Plant. -Commissioning and Testing Power Generation Systems. -Assist in preparation of commissioning/testing documentation, test plans and create detailed technical reports on completion of works. -Commissioning and testing HV protections systems.

What You Bring

-Minimum 4 years’ experience. -Knowledge of appropriate Australian Standards. -Proven ability meeting project quality, schedule, and budget requirements. -Knowledge of HV/LV Transformer Testing (i.e. Tan Delta/Turns Ratio/SFRA/Dirana/Voltage Ratio/Winding Resistance, Oil Sampling) -HV Switching Ticket preferred. -HV Primary and secondary system testing in a substation environment. -Unrestricted NT Electrical Fitter and Mechanic Workers License. -Valid Driver’s License. -Ability to promote a high standard of safety, professionalism, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. -Protection Relay Testing.
