The Role
Overview
Support residents with tenancy, estate management, and community services.

Tasks
In this role, you will be a key point of contact for residents, supporting them to sustain tenancies, maintain safe and welcoming communities, and access the services they need. You'll manage cases end-to-end, carry out home visits, respond to housing queries, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure positive outcomes. -Support residents with housing queries, tenancy sustainment, and community engagement -Carry out inspections, audits, and onboarding of new sites -Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvements -Collaborate with teams to manage safety, compliance, and service delivery -Deliver customer-focused tenancy and estate management services -Advocate for residents and escalate issues where needed

What You Bring
-CIH/IRPM qualification or equivalent experience -Willingness to learn property management if you have no prior experience -Strong communication and organisational skills -Experience in housing management (Housing Association or Registered Provider) -Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle suitable for business purposes
