Supervise E&I technicians, oversee electrical & instrumentation maintenance and projects.

Tasks
-Ensure technician adherence to plant standards and workflow processes. -Writes and updates specifications and job plans. -Ensure that the Qualified Person PPE program is implemented and updated. -Managing electrical contractors when needed for plant maintenance or projects. -Assures timely and effective performance of assigned maintenance using approved procedures and work practices. -On-call rotation with other maintenance staff. -Assures maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with company and safety policies by complying with administrative and technical procedures. -Coordinate and oversee work execution, both in-house and contract work. -Proactively motivate, coach, and develop technicians. -Perform facility and qualified employee assessments. -Ensure Qualified Person training is up to date. -Utilize technical expertise to coordinate activities during unplanned events and follow root cause analysis. -Supervise and grow the capability of the E&I (Electrical and Instrumentational) Technicians team. -Update and optimize preventive and routine maintenance programs. -Plans, schedules, and coordinates maintenance outages and activities. -Audit and ensure electrical rooms comply with housekeeping standards and are equipped with appropriate signs, labels, and drawings. -Monitors work backlog and schedules related activities to ensure schedule adherence and maximize maintenance effort. -Lead Electrical and Instrument team to accomplish value-adding repairs or improvements to the plant's electrical and instrumentation systems. -Ensure equipment is calibrated, and applicable tools are insulated. -Develop and determine resource requirements, ensuring adequate resources support scheduled work. -Electrical work planning and scheduling -Lead Electrical Safety Work Practices and operate as the Compliance System Owner

What You Bring
-Able to work in a manufacturing plant environment, including extended periods of time in noisy, dusty, non-air conditioned or unheated areas. -Associate’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field -Three (3) or more years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or military environment -Experience utilizing predictive technologies (infrared, vibration, motor current, lubrication, etc.) -Experience in leading improvement efforts in Reliability, Predictive, and Preventive Maintenance -Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) -High school diploma or GED -Experience reading electrical drawings -Working knowledge of electrical and control systems -Washington State Electrician License -Three (3) or more years of Industrial electrical, industrial electrical engineering, or electrical experience in the military -Working experience with remote troubleshooting -Leadership, supervising, coaching, or mentoring experience -Experience routinely utilizing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) or other similar problem-solving tools -Working knowledge of the National Electric Code -Working knowledge and experience with MS Word and Excel, and other PC-based production and maintenance reporting applications -Working knowledge of PLC, HMI, and drives -Understand and work to fill gaps in technician abilities. -Working knowledge and experience with computerized maintenance management systems -Able to work safely and promote and enforce safe work practices -Electrical work execution -Five (5) or more years of electrical experience in a heavy industrial setting
