Overview
Supervise and manage facility maintenance operations, staff, budgets, and safety.

Tasks
-Inspect facilities and equipment regularly to identify needed maintenance and repairs -Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and supplies -Recruit, supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance technicians and trades staff -Plan, organize, and supervise daily building or mechanical systems maintenance operations. -Respond promptly to emergency repair situations; ensure all applicable safety procedures are followed -Delegate and review tasks; ensure work is completed in a timely and safe manner -Occasional evening or weekend callouts for emergency maintenance. -Develop and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for facilities and equipment -Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment servicing -Ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant health and safety regulations

What You Bring
-Familiarity with budgeting, planning, and managing inventory. -High school diploma or GED required; technical certification, vocational training, or associate’s degree in mechanical/electrical systems preferred (Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA safety, HVAC, electrical) are a plus ) -Effective written and oral communication skills; ability to interact with technical and non-technical staff. -Proven experience in maintenance supervision, facilities management, or related field -Competence with computer systems and maintenance management software. -Solid technical knowledge of building systems, equipment operations, and maintenance procedures. -Strong leadership and management skills for overseeing teams and operational processes. -Excellent problem-solving abilities to address unexpected issues and technical complications.
