What You Bring

-Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognized university. -Min 5 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management. -Having clear and concise procedures and guidelines for both line managers and employees to ensure policies are fully understood and implemented. -Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred. -Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years. -Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills. -Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required. -Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. -Complying with the relevant employment legislation and codes of practice. -Experience in one of the following key sectors: hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure etc.
