Tasks

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Associate to join our BEEAH Abu Dhabi team. This role is responsible for carrying out the maintenance of stock including ordering, receiving and managing inventory. -Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control. -Reports, Documents and track damages and discrepancies on order receives. -Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom. -Archiving documents. -Request, Receive, unload, and shelve supplies. -Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase order. -Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping -Perform other stock-related duties, including receiving, returning, packing, and labelling supplies. -Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.

What You Bring

-High School / Degree / Diploma in any discipline -Basic SAP (Procurement Module) knowledge -Good oral and written Communication skills in English. -Administrative Skills. -Waste Management / Facilities Management industry experience in UAE will be an added advantage -MS-Office (Word, Excel) -3 – 5 years of experience as a Storekeeper -Knowledge of Arabic will be plus.
