Tasks

-Comply with all company standards, policies and procedures. -Work within the project team environment from preliminary stages of the design through to completion, -Coordinate building design & structural aspects of projects with other discipline designs and drawings, -Accept technical guidance from designers, technologists, and senior staff, -Complete drawings and documents in conformance with building code and office standards,

What You Bring

-Become familiar with design guidelines, standards, and regulations associated with building design and structural engineering, -Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities, and, -Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit, Twinmotion experience also considered an asset, -Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization, -Effective written and verbal communication skills, -Ability to work both independently with little supervision and in a team environment, -Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, -Enrolled in an Architectural Technology Diploma program, -Knowledge of construction materials and practices. -Eligible for a 4 or 8-month co-op registered through a post-secondary school (8 month preferred), -Experience in design and drafting considered an asset, -Flex Time -Effective team member,
