Tasks
-Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for data quality and governance, producing regular reports for stakeholders and senior management. -Operationalize the data quality management frameworks to ensure the accuracy, consistency and integrity of data across NESO. -Collaborate with stakeholders across the breadth of the NESO business to understand data requirements, ensuring data quality standards are implemented. -Perform root cause analysis and Identify areas for improvement in data processes and applications to enhance overall data quality within the organization. -Ensure compliance with Ofgem Data Best Practices and industry standards and implement data quality practices accordingly. Support the development of training & data literacy programs to educate staff on data quality. -Perform data quality activities as per the defined data quality policies - Data Quality Issue Management, Data profiling, Data Quality Measurement and Monitoring. -Operationalize the master & reference data strategies to provide value to the business.

What You Bring
-Exceptional communication skills – ability to articulate data quality concepts and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. -An understanding of how data is captured, stored, and accessed, with a good understanding on databases and SQL. -Experience on data visualization tools - Data quality metrics, building DQ metrics in tool and communicating the same to stakeholders. -Demonstrated experience in Data Quality - Analysis, profiling, measurement and management. -Evidence of working in Agile environment. -Technical expertise regarding data models, database design, data mining. -Ability to organise work based on business value - project management skills to effectively plan, execute and report to management on the progress, risk, and mitigation actions. -Evidence of strong stakeholder management experience. -Evidence of using any data quality tools (Informatica, Trillium, Talend etc) and techniques.
