Tasks

We create great places for our customers to live, selecting desirable locations for our developments and taking a holistic approach to the design of our homes and their surroundings. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate cost management, dealing with contractual issues, procurement and payment of sub-contractors for complex large volume development projects from pre-operational stage through to final account settlement.

What You Bring

We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor with previous Housebuilding/Residential Main Contractor experience looking for career progression. You must have an excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of value engineering, cost control, budgeting and forecasting and COIN's experience. You'll be a numbers driven person, commercially aware and with strong problem solving skills. With a growing pipeline of talented Apprentices and Graduates in the team, you will lead by example and focus on building a strong team ethic and working relationships both with your team, the regional teams and external partners.
