Tasks

-Examine materials, equipment to be sure they comply with the approved submittals and the contract requirements -Follow-up Inspections and Reports -Photo documentation of all job-site accidents/incidents scenes prior to any disturbance of the scene (to include persons involved in the accident and the surrounding areas) -Verify dimensional requirements -Develop and maintain a site-specific test log -Review and approve product submissions -Review and approve work plans -Download the photos within 24 hours of the accident with annotation for use by the Safety Department -Plan for and Conduct Three – Phase Inspection Program -Verify that as-built drawings are being maintained -Prepare, distribute, and maintain contemporaneous daily reports summarizing information regarding all of the above -Check for damaged or defective materials -Maintain log of non-compliance and implement program for corrective actions -Coordinate additional photography with the Safety Department -Develop Quality Control Plan for submission

What You Bring

-Must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field with a minimum of five (5) years of construction experience or an associate’s degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of construction experience. Must have working knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures and practices with the Corp of Engineers. This position requires a successful track record in all aspects of construction and construction practices. -US Citizenship -Current USACE CQM Management Certificate
