  • Coordinate efforts with business development and operations teams to manage resources to meet project schedules.
  • Assist Project Manager with gathering inputs for costing and estimating projects.
  • Assists Project Manager by running reports or compiling data in a helpful format.
  • Assists in supporting an environment where dynamic project communication occurs between Superintendents and Area Manager to ensure work is accomplished in an efficient, profitable, and safe manner.
  • Assists in creation and maintenance of project schedules.
  • Assists in maintaining working relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, corporate management, inspectors, etc., providing customer service to develop long-term partnerships with client base.
  • Participate in bid review and bid closing to ensure accuracy of bid and evaluate project feasibility; work with business development team to develop bid schedule.
  • Engage in safety and learn about the operational aspects of the business.
