Tasks

Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions and ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner Supports the implementation, configuration, and administration of the PMIS systems to enable effective project planning, execution, and reporting across NHC. The role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, developing dashboards and performance reports, managing system integrations, and resolving technical issues. 7 Prepare systems maintenance plans, upgrade schedules, and documentation to ensure business continuity 11 Identify and resolve technical issues related to PMIS Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of department systems, processes and practices, taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement 5 Manage the ticketed query and issue-tracking systems, ensuring comprehensive resolution logs are updated and maintained 9 Manage data migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality 12 Deliver regular and customized training to users to ensure optimal adoption of PMIS functionalities 3 Design, configure, and maintain the Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) to ensure accurate project planning, execution, and reporting 13 Prepare maintenance plans and upgrade schedules for PMIS systems 10 Provide technical support to project teams, end-users, and stakeholders on PMIS features, applications, and integrations Promote the implementation and adherence to relevant policies, processes and operating procedures to others 2 Plan, design, and implement PMIS solutions, including integrations with ERP, HR, Finance, Procurement, and third-party applications. 4 Perform analysis on PMIS functionality, identifying systems gaps, inefficiencies, and recommending enhancements. 6 Consult with project managers, internal stakeholders, and other IT teams to improve PMIS performance and usability. 8 Conduct root-cause analysis of PMIS errors or failures, escalating critical issues
