Overview
Manage SAP S/4HANA customer master data, ensure governance, support migrations and reporting.

Tasks
-Maintain productive and collaborative relationships with other Watts employees. -Create and maintain Business Partner records within SAP S4/HANA including bill-to, sold-to, ship-to, carrier, and agent records -Monitor and resolve master data errors impacting order processing or financial transactions -Create, analyze, and distribute management and department reporting as needed -Ensure master data governance guidelines are followed for consistency and accurate results -Follow company policies and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent master data records and adhere to strict governance related to banking data -Participating member of SAP team meetings related to master data -Responsible for testing requirements related to Business Partner master data -Provide support and backup for other team members as necessary -Support employees and Watts agents through SAP ERP migration, including developing process documentation and providing training on customer master data requirements -Validate and update critical data elements required for compliance and reporting -Collaborate with other departments to gather requirements and establish templates to assist with gathering required data elements -Support internal and external audits required throughout the year -Maintain a customer service culture, sustaining and improving on key performance metrics that measure the effectiveness and service levels of the Shared Services function -Support data migration activities during phased rollouts and review, provide feedback, and approve data loads

What You Bring
-Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA and SAP best practices -Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work priorities and stressful conditions. -Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills, with a commitment to confidentiality and continuous improvement -2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP, preferably S4/HANA -Punctuality and dependability. -Experience with public company compliance requirements preferred including process owner responsibilities for policy and procedures and internal SOX controls over financial reporting in a financial shared services environment -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science -Adherence to all personnel policies, procedures, and standards of process as implemented by Watts. -Ability to remain seated/standing at a desk or workstation for extended periods. -Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a diplomatic approach to ensure stakeholder engagement -Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers. -ERP migration experience a plus -Ability to physically move around the office and occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment. -Adherence to Watts’ seven cultural beliefs: Growth Mindset, Customer-Focused Innovation, Constant Communication, Clear Goals, Collaborate Globally, Be Inclusive, and Take Action -Ability to read documents and communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with management, coworkers, and third parties. -Knowledge of master data elements within SAP S4/HANA -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and large ERP systems, with strong technical acumen and data analysis capabilities -Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting cross-functional teams -Strong financial skills and understanding of financial concepts and business principles -Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.
