What You Bring

-Kitchen and bath repairs or remodels -Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, property managers, and team members. -Able to work independently with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. -Carpentry and finish carpentry -20+ years of hands-on experience in the trades. -Must have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to clearly explain work scope, provide accurate on-site estimates, and professionally adjust customer expectations when needed. -Comfortable and capable of working safely on ladders and at heights when required. -Exterior repairs (trim, siding, gutters, decks, etc.) -Reliable transportation (truck or van) and a complete tool set suitable for residential service work. -Portfolio of past work required (photos, customer references, or documentation). -Expertise in at least six (6) or more of the following areas: -10 days PTO (usable throughout the year) -Clean, professional appearance and demeanor. -IT Savvy: Comfortable using mobile apps, text/email, and digital job updates. -Painting and light finishing -Must provide contactable professional references. -Must pass a background check.
