Manages Hyster-Yale vendor AP tasks, invoices, payments, and process improvements.

Tasks

-Monitor trending of aged items pending on 2050 and Hyster statement -Process a minimum of 1000 Hyster invoices manually per month -Participate on Hyster AP projects, as needed -Research aged parts payments pending on vendor account -Monitor Hyster statement and resolve aged items outstanding -Review and process Hyster credits (credit distribution process) -Prepare and distribute GR / IR report monthly (2050 report) -Prepare and process Hyster weekly payments and subsequent clearing -Cancel Hyster PO items, as needed (MR11) -Build working relationships with sales administrators and field personnel to achieve common goals for Hyster -Document end-to-end Hyster process -Focus on business process and misalignments to facilitate positive change for L1 largest vendor (Hyster-Yale) -Complete routine document clearing (auto and manual) -Collaborate with IT and AP Manager to recognize and realize automation opportunities in the Hyster process -Work with vendor and field personnel to resolve GR / IR issue items
