Overview

Admin support for MoJ prison facilities, managing data, procurement, H&S and reporting.

Tasks

-Receive and disseminates information to other team members to ensure service delivery. -Share information to ensure HMPS needs are met. Work with HMPS on site vetting team to aid in the onboarding of new starters. -Process and handle confidential information with discretion. -Handle all other reasonable requests as determined by your line manager. -Take direction from Site Manager and wider team members. -Assist with the delivery of services to the client using a case management system. -Support both local and business zero carbon programmes, working towards zero carbon in a strategic and lean manner as and where it is appropriate. -Input to and maintain spreadsheets/databases/systems and produce and collate reports. -Raise purchase orders and arrange payment of invoices. -Responsible for ensuring H&S standards are achieved across the contract.

What You Bring

-Familiar with/exposure to management systems or other similar data entry and reporting database applications. -Good communication skills. -Experience/use of Microsoft packages/IT literate. -Excellent ability to manage timekeeping and prioritise workload. -Membership of our Affinity Networks who connect, support and inspire diverse communities within Amey. -Able to develop and maintain good working relationships.
