The Role
Overview
Manages sales orders, customer support, and supervises sales support staff.

Tasks
-Check and verify accuracy of billing and manage outstanding AR balance as needed -Manage filing and organization of all paperwork (special orders, stock receiving, AR billing etc.) -Works closely with the store manager and assign salesman/accounts to coordinators at store -Monitors and tracks the performance of order processing procedures, implementing improvements when necessary. -Oversees the preparation of sales quotes and processes customer orders. -Field phone call from salesmen and customers to schedule orders -Works as liaison between sales and customers, providing updates on delivery and schedules -Direct order entry/processing, ensuring orders get processed in a correct and efficient manner -Reviews all sales orders for accuracy, appropriate documentation, and clearance. -Responds to internal and external audit requests, subsequently preparing audit packages. -Ensures adherence to customer order process policies. -Leads and directs the work of other employees. -Provide detailed updates on shipments, tracking data, ship-to-date counts and remaining deliveries -Facilitate the resolution of problems and issues whether with customers, vendors, etc. -Oversee the coordinators support sales and customers with pricing information and other inquiries -Coordinate releasing the orders in the system to be delivered -Enforces organizational sales directives to the sales support staff. -Serves as a liaison between the sales and operations departments to ensure that customer orders are processed and fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.

What You Bring
-Ability to foster teamwork -Must be detail oriented -Ability to develop and mentor others -Invoicing, Billing and/or Accounts Receivable experience preferred -Experience preferred with sourcing material -Strong organizational skills -Knowledge of the field's policies, procedures, and practices. -Strong customer/client orientation experience and verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
