Tasks

-Respond to resident requests promptly, delivering excellent customer service -Routinely inspect community grounds and buildings to ensure safety standards and identify maintenance projects -Maintaining the buildings, corridors, stairwells, and breezeways free of trash/dirt/debris/cobwebs -Promote safe work practices among on-site team -Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws. Consistently abide by Fair Housing regulations -Assist in organizing and performing general duties, preventative maintenance, repairs, cleaning and janitorial, and groundskeeping, consistent with Mill Creek Residential operating standards -Maintain the physical condition and appearance of an assigned community in accordance with operating and safety standards -Perform maintenance in vacant apartment homes -Frequently and safely operate motorized vehicles such as a golf cart -Safely operate maintenance equipment such as, but not limited to, leaf blowers, pressure washers, hand tools, power tools, transfer aids, snow and ice removal equipment, ladders, landscaping equipment, commercial vacuums, steam cleaners, other carpet and floor cleaning equipment, safety equipment, electric and hand-powered augers and others as needed -Respond to problems with successful routine repairs: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, hardware & accessories, locks & keys, pool cleaning, and testing, painting, drywall, trash management systems, other trades as needed, and cleaning and janitorial -Perform service requests in occupied apartment homes -Perform painting in vacant homes -Replacement of light bulbs in common areas and buildings -Accurately take measurements and perform basic arithmetic -Safely use chemicals, paint, and general cleaning supplies

What You Bring

-Ability to use general office equipment such as key system programmers and software, app-based software, and personal computer -Multi-Family maintenance experience helpful -Experience performing maintenance duties helpful -High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
