Support end-to-end procurement, tendering, supplier management and reporting.

Tasks

-Run competitive tenders as required and assist in the supplier evaluation process -Maintain and update procurement records and generate reports on procurement and contract activity to meet organisational compliance requirements -Develop category management plans, identify opportunities for improvement, resolve issues, monitor supplier performance and negotiate contract variations to enhance business value

What You Bring

-A good understanding of procurement processes, tendering, and contract basics. -2–4 years’ experience in a procurement or purchasing role. -A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Procurement, or related discipline (or currently studying). -Effective communication skills and the confidence to engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders. -CIPS certification or working toward it (highly regarded). -Familiarity with procurement systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). -Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
