Tasks

-Build strong, trust-based relationships with leaders across the business to deliver practical, fit-for-purpose governance solutions. -Lead a high-performing team that supports the business to meet governance, compliance and information management requirements. -Provide the Board and senior leaders with objective and timely governance and compliance insights, including preparing and presenting papers and reports. -Develop and maintain frameworks, systems and processes that embed good governance and drive operational excellence. -Continuously improve governance, compliance and information management processes, tools and systems.

What You Bring

-A relevant tertiary qualification and eligibility for professional membership (e.g. Governance Institute of Australia). -Proven leadership ability with experience engaging and empowering a team. -Excellent communication, relationship management and influencing skills. -Strong knowledge of governance, compliance and information management principles and trends. -A strategic mindset, business acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. -At least 5 years’ experience in a specialist governance or compliance role.
