-Carry out site inspections, audits, and progress reporting. -Lead on-site teams, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. -Manage and coordinate rail vegetation and structure clearance works. -Prepare and review RAMS, WPPs, and site documentation. -Support planning, resourcing, and material procurement. -Liaise with Network Rail, clients, and subcontractors.

What You Bring

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead vegetation management and structure clearance works across the rail network. This hybrid role combines site leadership with remote project coordination perfect for someone who thrives in both operational and planning environments. -Environmental or Arboricultural background. -Strong leadership and communication skills. -Knowledge of vegetation management and HSE/CDM standards. -Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel. -First Aid qualification. -SMSTS or equivalent. -Proven Site Manager experience in rail -Familiarity with Network Rail systems. -Proficient in Microsoft Office and report writing. -PTS certification.
