Description

  • **Standards & Compliance:** Stay updated on DNO/GDN approvals and relevant standards. Assist colleagues in selecting compliant products.
  • **Utilities Expertise:** Maintain in-depth technical knowledge of Gas and Power products, systems, standards, and regulations. Cultivate relationships with key utilities manufacturers.
  • **Market Intelligence:** Keep an eye on regulatory changes, industry trends, and competitor activities. Identify emerging opportunities and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
  • **Training Delivery:** Implement the Utilities Training Strategy across National and Regional teams. Develop and conduct training sessions on Gas and Power products, applications, and approval frameworks.
  • **Technical Support:** Offer expert guidance on Gas and Power projects. Conduct thorough product research, prepare detailed options reports, and recommend solutions that are cost-effective, feasible, and meet specifications.
  • **Process & Documentation:** Collaborate with the Technical Team to streamline processes for technical enquiries and project monitoring. Maintain detailed project progress documentation and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
  • **Project Engagement:** Foster relationships with utilities contractors, consultants, asset owners, and designers to identify opportunities and influence specifications. Participate in meetings and deliver impactful technical presentations.
  • **Collaboration:** Work closely with the Technical Team, National Account Managers, Regional KAMs, and Branch colleagues to provide seamless technical support.
