Youll work on high-impact projects, from smart cities to aviation hubs, and help optimize the lifecycle of critical assets that power the nation. ️ Technical & Behavioral Skills We Value Nationality Requirement: Saudi Nationals Only -Chartered status or membership in IAM, CIBSE, IET preferred -CMMS/CAFM systems, GIS, and data analytics -Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance (ISO 55001, PAS 55, GACAR 139) -Proficiency in asset management systems (IBM Maximo, City Works, GIS) -Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Customer Focus -Ability to lead small teams and manage projects -Project Management (Primavera/MS Project) -510 years of experience in FM, engineering, or asset-intensive industries -Experience in preventive maintenance, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement -Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills -Expertise in ISO compliance, lifecycle planning, and capital investment -10+ years of experience, with at least 3 in strategic asset management -Proven leadership in municipal or infrastructure projects
