Graduate Quantity Surveyor handling cost analysis & contract management on construction projects.

Tasks

-Prepare Interim Valuations and Final Accounts -Ensure sub-contractors are pre-qualified in accordance with management systems -Procuring of Sub-Contractors and prepare Sub-Contractor order documentation -Produce monthly Cost Value Reconciliation on contracts -Manage and value Variations -Assess and certify Sub-Contractor interim payments and issue appropriate Payment / Pay-less notices -Prepare, negotiate and analyse costs for tenders and contracts -Assist on a range of legal and contractual issues

What You Bring

-Hands-on experience across major construction and infrastructure projects -Hold a full UK driving licence -Forward thinkers with strong numeracy and analytical skills -Eligibility to work in the UK or Ireland -Final year bachelor’s or HNC/HND students in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines -Opportunity to complete an Institute of Leadership and Management qualification
