Tasks

-Notify customers of non-emergency signals. -Receive and process inbound calls requesting information. -Notify account contacts of emergency signals after dispatch. -Provide a 360-degree virtual tour of your workspace to meet department regulations -Your camera will be expected to be on during training and team meetings -Dispatch police, fire or EMS when needed.
