Tasks

-Following established processes and ensuring thorough documentation of procedures. -Providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware and software. -Championing the IT brand by locally implementing customer-facing technology initiatives. -Actively participating in and driving IT-related projects. -Recommending system upgrades or replacements when appropriate. -Proactively identifying and resolving IT issues, with a focus on supporting our Melbourne offices.

What You Bring

-The ability to deliver information sessions or training as needed. -Confidence in building strong business relationships, including with senior stakeholders. -Experience in hardware lifecycle management is highly regarded. -Windows 11 -Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently while managing a dynamic and varied workload. -Audio and Visual (conferencing) -Tertiary qualifications and proven experience in an IT support role. -Azure Tools -Proficiency in Microsoft applications and a solid understanding of network fundamentals. -A customer-first mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
