-Manage all aspects of ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout -Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors -Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource plans -Lead project teams, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards -Oversee quality control, site safety, and compliance with company and industry standards -Monitor project costs and ensure profitability targets are achieved -Review and manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Our client, a reputable and growing General Contractor, is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join their team and take ownership of exciting ground-up commercial projects across the region. -Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) -Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and construction documentation -Proven success managing projects in K-12, municipal, industrial, or government sectors -Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on ground-up commercial projects -Experience delivering projects valued up to $50M -Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar project management tools -Demonstrated stability and consistent performance in previous roles
