  • Deliver OD and workforce development initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and culture

  • Experience in organisational development, HR or learning and development, ideally in a large or complex organisation
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and attention to detail
  • Tertiary qualifications in OD, Psychology, HR, Education or similar (Cert IV TAE desirable but not essential)
  • Strong facilitation, coaching and relationship-building skills
  • Awareness of psychosocial risk factors and how OD can support wellbeing
