Tasks

-Encourage participation and foster community engagement among residents. -Design and deliver creative, high-energy programs that inspire residents to stay active, connected, and fulfilled. -Coordinate special events, intergenerational programs, and outings. -Plan, schedule, and facilitate daily programs, social events, classes, and excursions that promote wellness across all dimensions — physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual. -Assist with recruitment of volunteers and outside entertainment. -Partner with Dining Services and other departments for community celebrations and theme events. -Document attendance, participation, and feedback to continuously improve programming.

What You Bring

-Experience planning and leading activities in a senior living, hospitality, or recreational setting. -Food handler’s certification per state requirements (or willingness to obtain). -Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. -CPR/First Aid certification preferred. -High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or coursework in recreation, hospitality, or human services preferred.
