Tasks

We are looking for a Senior Operation Engineer to lead and coordinate offshore resources, typically for smaller standalone projects or as part of major offshore operations. This role ensures all offshore activities are delivered safely, on time, and within contractual requirements. -Review mobilization plans to ensure vessels, equipment, and crews are prepared on time. -Coordinate activities across departments, subcontractors, and offshore teams. -Approve installation procedures to confirm compliance with project scope. -Monitor vessel progress daily, addressing issues to maintain schedule continuity. -Guide Operation Engineers and provide support to senior colleagues (Lead Engineers and Heads of Operations). -Provide guidance to method engineers during procedural reviews. -Ensure adherence to company integrity, compliance, and HSE standards.

What You Bring

-Minimum 6 years of offshore construction experience. -Thorough knowledge of offshore operations, personnel, and equipment. -Proven ability to mentor and support junior engineers. -Strong negotiation, communication, and report-writing skills. -Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Naval preferred).
