Tasks

-Manage the process of exchange, collaboration, and coordination of BIM data with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders -Prepare, execute, and maintain BIM strategies and plans. -Actively promote advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice, -In charge of the BIM Team consisting of Modellers. -Lead in BIM implementation, Standards, Modelling workflow & methodologies during project design, construction, and handover. -Support and provide review on BIM Project Models, workflows, and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.

What You Bring

**Must be a citizen of Singapore or Singapore permanent resident Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field -Preferred to have LTA/PUB project experience. -Preferred to have working experience with Bentley Software. -At least 5 years of BIM coordination/management experience in the relevant industry for large-scale projects, preferably civil engineering projects. -Good communication and documentation skills. -Self-motivated, able to assume responsibility, and able to handle pressure. -Minimum a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering with working experience in construction, design, drafting, or service coordination.
