-Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for civil and ground engineering schemes -Analysing tender documentation and identifying key commercial opportunities and risks -Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to gather pricing information and ensure robust submissions -Supporting bid teams through the tender process and contributing to successful project awards

What You Bring

-Proven experience in civil, ground, or infrastructure estimating -Strong commercial and technical awareness with attention to detail -Ability to interpret engineering drawings and tender documentation -Proficiency in estimating systems such as Causeway, Candy, or similar -HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred) -Experience in piling, foundations, or major infrastructure projects (advantageous)
