Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance and sustainability outcomes across the business.
Liaise with internal teams including Drafting, Design, Sales, and Estimating to ensure timely and compliant documentation.
Stay current with BASIX legislation changes and best-practice sustainability standards.
Complete BASIX assessments and produce accurate BASIX and NatHERS certificates for all projects.
Review architectural plans to ensure compliance with BASIX, NatHERS, NCC, and relevant environmental performance standards.
Recommend design adjustments to improve energy and water efficiency while maintaining buildability and customer preferences.

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Strong knowledge of NCC, BASIX, NatHERS, and local council/developer environmental requirements
