Tasks

-Collaborate with internal engineering and customer support teams to resolve field issues efficiently. -Provide hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of power distribution systems in data centers. -Work with cutting-edge power distribution systems in mission-critical environments. -Conduct system diagnostics, AC/DC power troubleshooting, and break/fix services on electrical panels and associated power systems. -Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and professional communication. -Maintain accurate service records, customer communication logs, and travel documentation using company systems.

What You Bring

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Must reside near Phoenix) -3–5 years of hands-on experience with electrical systems, preferably in high-voltage or AC/DC power distribution. -Flexible and dependable, able to work overtime and respond to emergency call-ins as needed. -Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting principles; experience in data centers or mission-critical environments is a plus. -Travel locally around Phoenix using a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed); typical workload of 40–50 hours/week with occasional nights, weekends, and on-call duties. -Comfortable in a customer-facing role with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
