Manage planning, execution, and completion of mechanical construction projects.

Tasks
-Draft and manage subcontracts, purchase orders, field correspondence, and project documentation -Oversee the creation of submittals, O&M manuals, air balance logs, and as-built drawings -Research, prepare, and deliver project proposals -Ensure all project close-out procedures are completed accurately and on time -Create and maintain detailed project schedules and progress tracking -Collaborate with team personnel to coordinate and complete necessary training -Maintain consistent and professional communication regarding project status and issues -Promote and implement the team's safety standards on every project -Review design drawings, estimate project scope changes, and write change orders -Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Bluebeam -Foster strong working relationships with customers, subcontractors, internal staff, and suppliers -Develop and manage budgets, cost controls, and expense reports -Prepare monthly billings, financial projections, and reporting spreadsheets

What You Bring
-Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented -Minimum 4 years of experience in project management or project engineering -Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills -Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts -Willingness to work extended hours as project demands require -Mechanical engineering or construction background preferred, but not required -Experience managing mechanical projects ranging from $100K to $2M+ -Proven record of managing successful projects and delivering customer satisfaction -Must be able to stand, sit, bend, squat, and lift as needed -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience -Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record -Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) and Bluebeam
