Tasks

-Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems as needed. -Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local building codes. -Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades on job sites. -Perform layout and fabrication of piping systems using various materials (copper, steel, PVC, etc.). -Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems, valves, and mechanical equipment. -Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

What You Bring

-Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed -Strong proficiency HVAC systems, chilled water, steam, and hydronic piping -3+ years of experience in mechanical or pipefitting roles (retrofit experience preferred) -Proficient in reading mechanical drawings and specifications -High school diploma or GED equivalent -Valid driver’s license and willingness to commute to various worksites in the area -Strong understanding of safety procedures and OSHA regulations
