Tasks

-Assist in attaining necessary government approvals prior to building permitting. -Coordinate government review and approval -Participate in land acquisition due diligence to include; coordination and analysis of feasibility studies, assist in preparation of feasibility budget, and schedule -Contract and coordinate with engineer, architects, and other business partners in the preparation of land use plans, final plats, and improvement plans

-Minimum High School diploma or GED -Related Functional Experience: Minimum 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
