Tasks

-Oversee the team's operating budget, handle purchase orders, process invoices, manage expenses, and prepare financial reports -Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment and manage relationships, contracts, and procurement with external vendors -Manage all general administrative duties, such as office logistics, supplies, equipment, and mail, to ensure a productive environment -Identify and implement improvements to increase team efficiency, standardize documentation, and manage information flow -Track project milestones, manage cross-functional dependencies, and prepare status reports to ensure timely project delivery -Coordinate all meeting logistics, including developing agendas, preparing materials, taking minutes, and tracking action items for team meetings and off-sites

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience -Demonstrated strength in project management with a proven track record of managing project timelines organizing workflows and driving initiatives to completion -Expert-level proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Drive, etc.) -3+ years of progressive experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Coordinator role with demonstrated responsibility for budget and project support
