The Role

Overview

Handle receipt, storage, and distribution of Defence clothing, provide customer service.

Tasks

-Assist customers with stock location and progress inquiries. -Provide over-the-counter customer service. -Oversee day-to-day workflow: receiving, scanning, sorting, and organizing goods on shelves. -Use the computer system to track stock quantities and locations etc. -Support regular stock takes and maintain a clean and organized workspace. -Receive and deliver goods in a timely and efficient manner.

What You Bring

-Prior experience as a store or warehouse attendant is highly desirable. -Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively. -Intermediate computer skills (proficiency in spreadsheets and applications). -Must be eligible for a Defence Security Clearance and be an Australian Citizen. -Order picker licence ideal but not essential.
