Tasks

-Train on a broad range of engineering services and activities related to passenger and freight railroads. -Establish internal/external contacts while accessing and networking with Siemens’ senior decision makers and key leaders. -Learn about the current Mobility engineering projects and activities, including PTC implementation, wiring verification, field testing and field troubleshooting services and more.

What You Bring

-Rotation 3: (Pittsburgh, PA) - Onboard hardware or embedded software design -Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. -Willingness to relocate and travel as required by the program. -Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Mechanical Engineer major graduating with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution between May 2025 and May 2026.

-Two-year learning and development program consisting of 4 six-month rotations, which give participants exposure to a variety of roles throughout the rail transportation industry. -Gain exposure to product development, application development, R&D, and other functions such as project management, operations, and procurement. During the program, participants work side by side with Siemens Mobility managers and employees on current projects and business challenges.
