The Role

Overview

Lead end-to-end recruitment, employer branding and talent strategy for the organization.

Tasks

-Maintain updated job descriptions for all roles across the organization. -Manage the recruitment process for N-1 and N-2 roles, ensuring timely and compliant closures. -Stay informed about the local recruitment market and maintain competitive awareness. -Lead the Talent Acquisition team to ensure mandates are fulfilled accurately and without discrepancies. -Monitor and manage the team’s turnaround time (TAT) for closing positions within agreed KPIs. -Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, including internal hiring and referral programs. -Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and enable the team to identify top talent for the organization. -Provide guidance and mentorship to the recruitment and onboarding teams. -Effective management of senior stakeholders -Liaise with different departments in the PC&P team for smooth recruitment, and completion of on-boarding process of the candidate. -Align with Business Units and the Finance team on manpower budgeting and costing. -Ensure Emiratization targets are met in line with MOHRE requirements. -Update dashboards and present recruitment reports to management on a timely basis. -Drive the sourcing and hiring of C-level and executive leadership roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture. -Administer the full recruitment cycle, ensuring the team hires the right candidates for the right roles in accordance with company policies and procedures. -Lead university open days to support the company’s Emiratization initiatives. -Manage stakeholder relationships efficiently to ensure alignment and collaboration. -Ensure closure of audit gaps related to recruitment and onboarding processes. -Recruit talent, build a strong employer brand, and maintain excellent relationships with both candidates and employees. -Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events as directed by management.

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field. -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. -7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, handling a team, preferably in a fast- paced, high-growth environment. -Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with, stakeholders, and team members. -Prior experience managing a team. -Experience on Applicant Tracking Systems -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
