Tasks
-Prepare & review Hook Up job cards as appropriate including pre-requisites and focusing sequential installations and relevant completion activities -Liaise with Hook-up material team and verify the material bag/tag as per project requirement & as per hook-up Job cards -Travel to offshore sites and to onshore yard facilities (dynamic environment) for co-ordination & resolution of disciplinary interfaces -Prepare the hook-up schedule for discipline specific activities with efficient sequencing and synchronizing with other disciplines -Liaise with warehouse team to ensure project material receiving status & inspection clearance from Quality -Develop and implement detailed hook-up plans, , and strategies for onshore and offshore projects -Develop the WBS for discipline scope -Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures to ensure safety during hook-up operations -Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry codes, and standards, including the integration of environmental and sustainability aspects -Review hook-up progress register and confirm understanding on progressing methodology Ensure progress register is in line with hook-up job cards for respective discipline -Participate in Toolbox Talks (TBT), Ensure Permit-To-Work (PTW) requirements are fulfilled before commencing each site activities and being compliant with the Company’s QHSES policies -Ensure scope familiarization with Hook-up superintendent & offshore construction crew prior to offshore mobilization -Review the material requisitions in compliance with project specifications prior to order Coordinate deliveries of same on site (yard/port/offshore/any other onshore locations) -Ensure the support with commissioning team to expedite the vendor related activities -Participate in Pre-engineering survey, pre-construction survey & post installation survey -Review construction work packs for respective discipline and ensure compliance to project requirement -Collaborate with project management and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of necessary resources, materials, and equipment -Verify the MTO for offshore contingencies -Liaise with fabrication team and take handover of fabricated project material and other ship lose material -Develop the constructability log & monitor the closing of actions on weekly basis -Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, ensuring their adherence to project timelines and quality standards -Liaise with commissioning team and understand systems priorities, ensure construction is planned accordingly -Review design MTO’s for discipline

-Demonstrated ability to resolve technical challenges, implement innovative solutions, and ensure continuous improvement -Strong decision-making abilities under pressure, with the ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently -Competent in analyzing technical documents, drawings, and specifications to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions -Proactive mindset with a strong focus on safety, quality, and delivering projects within defined timelines and budget constraints -Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical discipline) or equivalent industry experience -Proficiency in utilizing project management tools and software for planning, scheduling, and tracking hook-up and commissioning activities -Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively liaise with interdisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and clients -Professional certifications (such as PMI or equivalent) or training in project management would be an advantage -10+ years’ experience in related offshore engineering fields -Strong knowledge of industry best practices, standards (API, ISO), and regulations related to hook-up activities
