The Role

Overview

Manage day-to-day ops of a Willetton shopping centre, lead staff, budgets & technical services.

Tasks

-Manage operational budgets, forecasting, and expenditure to optimise financial performance. -Lead the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of shopping centres, ensuring exceptional standards in building presentation and service delivery. -Oversee procurement activities, ensuring compliance with statutory, risk, and technical requirements. -Mentor and develop other Facilities Managers, sharing your expertise and leadership. -Provide support to the National operations team on a number of projects -Provide expert technical advice on hard services to centre management, clients, and tenants. -Implement, monitor, and maintain risk management procedures while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

What You Bring

-Demonstrable experience managing HVAC systems and building controls. -High financial acumen, analytical thinking, computer literacy, and problem-solving skills. -Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Facilities Management role within the property or building industry, with a proven track record of success. -Bring your facilities shopping centre experience to manage a Shopping Centre in Willetton. -Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. -Innovative Technology & Tools –Cutting-edge property tools and platforms -Experience leading and managing staff effectively.
