The Role

Manage and coordinate data centre maintenance, services, and compliance.

Tasks
-Ensure appropriate follow up with customers -Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facility. -Support the Facilities Manager with assigning tasks to technical resources -Support Facilities Manager on arranging PPM contractors for submitting JHA, worker name list and confirm the dates. -Ensure all site management and operations practices comply with company and client standards. -Communicate/Escalate with appropriate parties (facility manager, client, OEM vendors, etc.) as needed. -Create recurring maintenance schedules for vendors. -Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required ensuring excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption. -Responsible in space planning for allocation and utilization of space or re-organizing current premises for new building occupants include plotting and updating floor layout plan on AutoCAD. -Assist with budgetary requests, analysis and reporting -Assist Facilities Manager to source for any material that require to purchase. -Performing day-to-day oversight/monitoring of work order completion and follow-up with service provider and client. -Work with Service Center to ensure average turn around time (TAT) is within agreed KPI thresholds. -Support to check on the safety induction validity for contractor. -Recommend continuous quality improvement practices across the client portfolio. -Act as an interface with client, visitors and guests -Cultivate and maintain a positive working relationship with client representatives (JLL or external) and service providers. -Arranging/monitoring contractor on PTW process -Create a weekly report to send to the Info Systems Project Management team to assist them in reviewing incidents to determine what events have occurred that may be operational losses. -Train vendors/engineers on all applicable software platforms as needed (CMMS, etc.) -To ensure the site provision of safe working environment and compliance to HSE standards. -Work with client Finance group and the Facility Managers in entering, creating, and ordering PO numbers for capital projects. -Work closely with HSE Executive in overall planning, executing and delivering HSE procedures to all activities at site. -Managing/coordinating service provider performance including tracking work order completion and validating invoices as needed. Provide facility specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requested. -Assist with researching, analyzing and reporting budget variances -Coordinate portfolio and responsibility changes with data management team to update location service matrix as needed. -Assist on requesting for permit to work supporting document from contractor before schedule for any work.

What You Bring
-Experienced with continuous improvement initiatives and preparation of reports. -Competent in under taking Job Hazards Analysis (JHA) -A4 Chargeman Certification from Suruhanjaya Tenaga. -1 – 2 years’ experience in the operation of electrical and mechanical services in Tier III or equivalent data centre or critical facility is an advantage. -3 – 4 years of relevant experience in engineering or in manufacturing sector -Critical environment experience within similar sized site or operation.
