Tasks
-Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors including mentoring of junior employees -Taking responsibility and ownership for a portfolio of projects across different sectors -Conduct detailed and accurate cost analyses, estimates, cost plans and feasibility studies for construction projects.

What You Bring
-Client facing and ability to manage clients expectations -Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities. -Advanced knowledge of the local construction industry including development, contracting and consulting sectors; -Membership in an approved Professional Body- preferred (eg. AIQS, RICS, CIOB); -Expertise and accreditation in Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management. -Minimum 5 year's Quantity Surveying experience -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Demonstrated skills in client file management, planning and organisation. -Technically proficient at all aspects of pre and post contract QS service
