Tasks

-Provide exceptional service to all customers by developing a thorough knowledge of Lansing's products and services -Use our nationally-linked inventory management system to fill customer orders and maintain inventory control -Prepare quotes for windows and other exterior building products based on architect plans -Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the showroom -Handle inbound and outbound calls, answering customer inquiries and processing orders

What You Bring

-High level of integrity and commitment to customer service -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Computer skills, including use of a keyboard and monitor -Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with customers -Ability to lift and carry boxes of building materials weighing up to 70 pounds -Bilingual / Spanish proficiency a plus -Prior sales experience preferred, but not required -Be willing to assist in the warehouse, including loading and unloading materials as needed -Strong interest in sales and/or retail, as evidenced by previous job experience or education -Knowledge of building principles and products is a plus
