Lead AWS DevOps Engineer designing and managing scalable SaaS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

Tasks

-Work closely with engineering and product teams to support new features, releases, and operational improvements. -Optimize systems for performance, cost efficiency, and reliability. -Lead the team in adopting modern practices like containerization, serverless computing, and Infrastructure as Code. -Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and deployment issues in real time. -Foster a culture of automation, reliability, and continuous improvement. -Participate in sprint planning, stand‑ups, and cross‑team discussions to prioritize DevOps initiatives. -Design, build, and evolve cloud infrastructure and DevOps solutions to support our SaaS products. -Act as a technical lead and mentor for the DevOps team—review designs, guide implementation, and share best practices. -Develop and integrate next‑generation CI/CD pipelines, supporting automated deployments and testing. -Build and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable cloud environments. -Implement configuration management, monitoring, alerting, and logging to ensure proactive issue detection. -Drive the roadmap for DevOps tooling, automation, and scalability improvements. -Define and continuously improve standards for infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and operational processes.

What You Bring

-Experience with serverless architectures. -Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability to new technologies. -Messaging/queueing systems: SQS, SNS, RabbitMQ, SES. -Experience with AWS Transfer Family. -8+ years of hands‑on DevOps experience with AWS cloud. -Ability to design infrastructure from scratch and scale existing platforms. -Hands‑on experience in architecting modern SaaS infrastructure. -CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Git, automation pipelines. -Proven experience leading or mentoring a DevOps team. -Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation. -Linux administration and scripting: Bash, Python. -Deep technical expertise in: -Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS). -Monitoring and logging: Grafana, CloudWatch, log analysis. -Security and compliance: ITIL, NIST, SOC2. -AWS services: EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, CloudFormation, Beanstalk, CloudFront, Route 53, Glacier, Lambda, EventBridge. -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
