Tasks
-Identify and document nonconforming products, including writing nonconformance reports. -Report any safety concerns or hazards immediately to the appropriate personnel. -Perform visual and functional inspections on plumbing, electrical, and fabricated products. -Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with standards. -Serve as a point of contact for production teams regarding quality-related questions. -Use and interpret measurement tools including tape measures, digital calipers, pressure gauges, torque gauges, and functional gauges. -Conduct process audits on manufacturing operations such as welding, assembly, and laser. -Use basic computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP or similar systems) to complete documentation, communicate with team members, and support daily quality tasks.

What You Bring
-Preferred experience inspecting plumbing, electrical, HVAC units, welding, brazing, and automotive components. -Comfortable working around heavy equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. -Safety-minded with a strong understanding of workplace safety practices. -Ability to perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections accurately and consistently. -Basic computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with SAP or similar systems. -Associate degree, trade school, or vocational certification is preferred. -Additional technical training or coursework in manufacturing, quality control, or engineering is a plus but not required. -Comfortable working in environments with heavy machinery and industrial equipment, while adhering to all safety guidelines. -Read and understand fractions, decimal inches, and millimeters. -High school diploma or GED required. -Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
