Tasks

-Help to establish governance frameworks for policy approval, updates, and enforcement. -Use data insights to identify areas for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions. -Drive the implementation of standardized policies through effective communication and training programs. -Identify and address gaps in existing processes, leveraging data analytics and best practices. -Monitor the impact of policy and process changes on operational efficiency and compliance. -Work closely with Learning & Development teams to design and deliver targeted training programs on standardized policies and processes. -Support the completion of audits and reviews to ensure compliance with established policies and processes. -Assist in the creation, review, and standardization of procurement policies, procedures, and processes to ensure alignment with strategic goals. -Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure policy compliance and adherence to organizational objectives.

What You Bring

-7+ years of experience in policy governance, process management, or similar roles, ideally in large-scale projects such as construction, real estate, or urban development. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management, Business, or related fields. -Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Arabic highly desirable. -Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process gaps and propose solutions. -Understanding of the local cultural and business landscape in Saudi Arabia through work experience in the region preferred. -Experience of working in cross-collaborative environments and ensuring differing goals d needs align with overarching organizational strategy. -Preferred: CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply), CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional).
