Contribute to the formulation and presentation of advice to clients in their own area of expertise, in line with the project scope, Haskoning quality standards and in close cooperation with colleagues.
Operate autonomously and without close supervision within a team structure and be responsible for delivering work within the stipulated time and budget, ensuring change requests and small enhancements are progressed.
Provide support in the preparation and updating of all relevant technical documentation, ensuring that in the future decisions can be understood and other developers are able to take over the development.

Have experience of Section 278/38 Highway approval submissions and knowledge of Section 104/106 water industry agreements.
Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, using a range of formats to convey complex ideas.
Have experience of preparing detailed designs for highway/drainage/infrastructure projects through the technical approval process.
Have a good working knowledge of DMRB, Manual for Streets and relevant design standards and an awareness of DCG drainage design guidance and Building Regulations.
Have experience of working in AutoCAD, Civil 3D software and associated design packages e.g. AVT, KeySign/Post.
Be a member of CIHT/ICE or an equivalent body.
